Pumps that are designed to be submersible are placed within the reservoir of water that needs pumping out, mainly used for emptying ponds, drainage in floods.

Sump and Effluent Submersible Pumps are designed to transfer wastewater discharged from a septic tank or an aerobic treatment system to a drain field.

The main advantage of the submersible pump is it never has to be primed, because it is already submerged in the fluid. Submersible pumps are very efficient because they don't really have to spend a lot of energy moving water into the pump.

• Motor- 2800 rpm oil filled with "F" class insulation,suitable for three phase and single phase power supply.
• The motor is jacketed & filled with the coolant. Thus the pump is suitable for working in worst of the working conditions having longer dry running capacities
• Dual ball bearing running in oil bath.
• Dual mechanical seal.
• Cable - 1.5 sq. mm. x 4 core double sheathed submersible cable of 5 mtrs length provided as standerd length.
• Extra cable can be provided with prior information.
